God called me into ministry in March of 2021, which is when I joined the staff of LC3. Before that, I grew up going to church religiously. My mom made sure I attended every church service and function possible. I vividly remember placing my faith in Jesus at a young age, and I’m thankful for the spiritual foundation that was laid by my mom and my church. However, I didn’t “leave my nets” to fully follow Jesus until the 2020 lockdowns. Although I was thankful to have a job at that point, my work became tedious, unfruitful, and unfulfilling. You could say that God changed that in a big way!
I have been attending Southern Evangelical Seminary online, pursuing an M.Div. in Biblical Studies. My wife, Lauren, and I have been married since November 2020, and we’re expecting our first child in July. God has been good, and I look forward to the many new things He continues to teach me in the ministry of this local church body
